Welcome to Running Wild! We are brand new horse role play, and we are looking for new and active members. We are set two hundred years in the future. Mankind was wiped out over one hundred years ago, and horses have asserted themselves as the dominant species of the earth. Here are RW, horses do not have powers, but wings, horns, and other neat things can be bought for them through posting frequently. We have no word limit, but we expect posts of decent length, grammar, and spelling. I am hoping this role play will blossom into an active and friendly community of role players!

	PLOTTING. After you have created your character, it is probably a good idea to post a plotting thread here and reply to other people's plotting threads. 	ADOPTABLES. If you have a horse you no longer want to play, a foal you want to adopt out, or even some family of your character that needs to be adopted, post a little about them here and someone might take them.	0	0

	CAREX RIVER. Like most rivers, this one is both deadly and life giving. 	OBLIQUS FOREST. This forest often has a very magical feel about it. Even well into the fall months it remains brightly dressed in green. 	LEPUS VALLEY. Nestled between two of the small mountains that dot the land is the Lepus Valley. It is probably one of the more off putting areas. It is constantly cold, and fog almost always clings to the air. The grass is good to eat, and the water is good to drink, but the journey to the valley is treacherous.	0	0
	CRUORUM CLIFF. The climb to the top of this cliff is extremely dangerous, and most horses don't even attempt it. However, if you're looking to challenge a herd leader for their land, you'll have to make this journey. This place isn't just where challenges happen, some horses come here just to prove they can make the climb.	0	0

	Aeternam. Ringed by mountains covering the northern and eastern parts of the land, Aeternam is protected from the harsh winter and heat of summer. These mountains bring both cooling breezes from the high mountains and warm caves to rest in when the weather changes. Starting from the edge of the mountains a rolling valley lays out before them, green and lush, even though the sky itself remains a dreary gray for most of the time. To the southwest a large pond, filled and kept fresh by mountain streams gives water to all the land's inhabitants. Requiem, the king, can usually be found pacing the cliff's ledges, watching over his herd with a practiced and careful eye, keeping away the dangers that may lurk in the mountains from approaching his family. 	DOTHRAKI. In the distance, mountains loom tantalizingly. The sun flies up, and over them and they hit the horizon, sending the sky into a thousand different shades of pink and yellow, saying hello until it is finally a clear, glossy blue. At the base o the mountains are thousands of caves, mostly uninhabited, but sometimes... not. Plains cover the ground until you almost hit the coast, when there is a stretch of trees from the top of the Terre ot the bottom, yet it is only three miles wide. Out yonder, on the other side of the strip of forest, is the sea. Smooth, yellow sand sits there, and waves crash endlessly on the surface. The Temperature never gets warmer than sixty nine degrees in the summer, and near thirty degrees in the winter. Mountain lions live in a few of the caves lining the mountains, and brown bears have been known to migrate down here, but only to die. 	Izinga. Thick tropical rainforest is what makes Izinga unique. In this land you can find tropical trees and grass. Unusual multicoloured flowers, unique fruits, amazing birds, various lizards, and crystal clear pools are all find here. The land is almost always warm, with very little snow during the winter. Towards the middle of the land you can find the ruins of an Aztec civilization. In these ruins there are various caves and such for the herd to sleep in. The Queen and King make their home behind a waterfall that is a short distance from the ruins. The waterfall is the main source of water for the herd and behind it you can find a quiet cave with all sorts of unique carvings on the walls. The beauty of this land hides the predators within as jaguars and wild boars, just to name a few, can be found here.
